Aunt Rachel

Each day mommy wakes me up early and drags me out to the cold car! We take a little short drive past Desi's house over to Aunt Rachels. Josh and Kaleb are there sometimes and always Parker and Faify (Faith). Shauna, Owen and Ashton are busy getting ready for school.
I have so much fun over there, playing with the kids and watching Scooby Doo! I get so excited in the mornings to go over, and mommy says she is proud of me because almost everytime, I don't cry when she goes.
Aunt Rachel has a lot of plants that I love to play with, however Aunt Rachel doesn't think my pruning abilities are that wonderful, but I don't give up, one day I will do a wonderful job! :)
Everyday over there is a new adventure, and my mommy sometimes gets 2 or 3 calls of all of the funny things I do. I will see if mommy will take a moment and write some down so you can read them...
Hi everyone, let me think, Rachel has called me with so many funny things, and naughty things too, so I will write down a couple for ya... Parker just started school this year and Rachel walks him to school, since it is just around the corner. She has since started waiting to lay Reece down til they come back. He was having a hard time with this for a bit, but one day, they came back home, took of coats and shoes and Reece walked straight to the room he naps in, waited for Rachel to come lay him down, then immediatly fell asleep. She called me in shock that he KNEW it was nap time and he was ready.
Another day, well let me give a little backgroud... Parker is the only boy his age in a large "sea" of girls. He is a rough and tumble kinda kid and since the girl cousins would rather play with dolls, he felt left out, til Reece came along. He must have been thinking 'Great, another boy to tackle, pinch and poke at!' So that is what he showed Reece how to do. They love to "beat" each other up. The favorite thing is pinching Parkers cute pinchable cheeks with great force!!! Add some gritted teeth and a little growl and it is complete. Well one day I guess it was a little too much and Parker freaked out. From the kitchen Rachel called "REECE EVERETT FELLER!!!" and came walking out only to see Reece run behind Parker and hold him still so he could hide. Rachel said she could only laugh because it was just so funny that he tried to hide cuz he was in trouble.
I know I could go on and on, but I will have to add in stories when Reece will let me. I will say this, I am lucky to have Rachel there to watch my little terror of a boy. I am glad he is with family all day, and by they weekend, they are still excited to see him! What a blessing she and her family are to me!

Thanks mommy!
Well, I will make sure that I let mommy tell on me some more later. I do love my Aunt Rachel and my cousins. They are so fun!

Trick or Treat!

Halloween came really fast and is already gone, but I had a great day. It started out to be just a normal day, my mommy dropped me off at Aunt Rachels and went to work.
Just as we were getting ready to take Parker off to school, which we got to do everyday, my mommy showed up. She was early and said that we had to hurry to get going before it got to late. I didn't know what she meant but I went anyway.
We drove for a while (I got to take a REALLY short nap) and then all of a sudden mommy woke me up, and got me out of the car.
She was telling me that I had to get my costume on. Now, if this had been a few days earlier, I would have been screaming my head off, cuz I didn't like wearing everything she had for me. But she helped me realize that it was fun to dress up at the Trunk or Treat at church. I was the only dinosaur around!
After putting on the big part with a tail and the hat part that had eyes (i still wouldn't let mom put the feet on my shoes! No way!!!), she carried me, and a cool bag, to the doors.
I was still a little confused about where I was, but some lady said 'Hi" to me and grabbed a HUGE bowl of candy off her table. I was so excited my hands were shaking. I grabbed 5 suckers. Mommy tried to get me to just take one but the lady said it was ok. Mommy showed me how to put the candy in my special bag and off we went.
Up the stairs were more people with cookies and candies and they all were happy to see me and said I was so cute. I was just happy because they let me take as many candies as my hands would hold to put in my bag.
We found more people down a loud hall like place (the warehouse where mommy works) and I saw lots of funny and scary looking people. Almost all of them gave me candy. The really scary ones that mommy helped me go to were some yucky witches, and their puppy was a witch too. I grabbed my candy and ran away from them!
More candy and more people, until mommy said it was time to go. My bag was so heavy I had to drag it on the floor. Mommy tried to help but all I said was, "Uh, Me!"
Boy was I tired, we did a lot of walking but it was sure fun. I didn't want to let my candy bag go, not for nothin'!
Mommy took me to see daddy at his work and all of daddies friends. We didn't get to stay too long because daddy had to get back inside, so mommy took me home.
We had one more time to put on my costume and that was when we went to Desi's house. Desi and Aunt Amber were dressed like witches, but they weren't scary like the other ones, so it was fun. And Uncle Nate put funny colors in his hair. Mommy and Desi put some in mine too, and my hair was all pink and purple.
We took a lot of pictures and ate more candy before it was time to go home and hand candy to the other kids. What a long, but very fun day!

Mommy MORE (pronounced mowa)

The other day my mommy was getting in the big cold box in the kitchen and I decided to climb in and try to examine more of the fun things inside. She started opening bottles so I could smell them, and some were yucky, mom called it garlic. Another big bottle was sweet smelling... but then to my wandering eyes I saw the most wonderful thing of all! It was just big enough for me to hold in one hand, or two if I wanted...
I quickly ran off into the other room to show daddy my discovery. He laughed and said "You found the lemon juice!" I didn't know what that meant but I loved it.
It had a little flap on the top which I thought was great (Mom says she knows that because I say "OOOOOOOHHHHHHH" in a cute voice when something is wonderful to me)and I began to play.

Mommy said, "Hold on a minute, Reece. Let mommy 'fix it'."

She went back to the kitchen and brought back something shiney and poked the top of my newest treasure. She held out my hand and dripped something cold from it onto my hand. She showed me how to like my hand.

Oh sweet nectar! "Mommy, mowa?"

Mommy giggled and squirted some in my mouth. I loved it! So she gave me the bottle to try for myself. I could have this all day.
Mommy turned to daddy and said, "Look he isn't even scrunching up his face. He loves it!" They both laughed and mommy took more pictures of me.

I got sad when mommy made me put it away, but it is still waiting there for me on another day, when I can sneak into that big cold box.

deddi

Last night my Aunt Amber and Uncle Nate went out, and Deddi (Desi) got to come play with me. I was so excited, even though I see her every day, its not very often she comes to my house.

My mommy made us both dinner, she had pizza and I had chicken nuggets. YUMMY! When I was eating my mommy put my shoes on, and since I was busy eating I didn't hear her say that we would get to go to the park to play.

It was time to go! I love the park almost as much as I love water.

As you can see from my pictures, I wasn't too happy about the swings, after about the first minute or two. Deddi wasn't having fun on the either, so mommy let us go to the slide, and not just any slide, the BIG SWIRLY slide!

I was a little nervous at first. I have been on the big slides before but this one was BIG! And it was just me and Deddi. She is older than me and has done this lots before so she wasn't scared one bit. I guess mommy could tell I was a little scared so she asked Deddi if she would help me.

"No NO NO No NO!" I didn't know where she was going to take me and I was scared, but mommy said it was okay and Deddi took my hand again and showed me to the slide. It was just like going down the stairs but funner!

We both just laughed and laughed and mommy let us go down lots of times until some of the bigger kids came over, so mommy took us back to the swings... still not my favorite, but oh well.

It got dark by then and it was time to go in for a bath and a treat. We ate fishies and watched part of a movie before it was bedtime.

I DID IT!!!!

Because my mom is slow I decided that I wasn't going to wait for her anymore. My Aunt Amber talked all about camping and about our picnic in the park and where that was all last month and the month before (my mommy says that I shouldn't say that she is slow 'cuz she knows she is, and she also wanted me to say that she PROMISES she will get back on track and tell about what happend...), so I am just going to move on.
So I get to go to Nursery at church now, because I am a big boy and I don't have to go to the boring classes with dad. They don't have toys in his class. I have so much fun and love my teachers in there, they give me treats and juice and let me and the other kids play. We also have a fun lady who comes in and sings songs with us. Because I am new, I don't know all the songs yet, but I try to sing as best as I can. We also get to dance and jump with the song lady.
Last Sunday in my class, I discovered that I could reach the light switch. My mommy always lets me turn off and on the lights when we leave in the morning, so I thought it would be fun to turn off the class lights.
I reached and reached my little fingers, and pushed as hard as my little finger tips could push and...
"I DID IT!!!" I yelled when the lights went off. My teacher giggled, turned on the light and so I reached up again... "I DID IT!" (My mommy and Aunt Amber always laugh when I say 'I DID IT' I guess that is a funny thing to say...)
Soon the other boys and girls were trying there best to turn off the light and when one of my friends turned it off, we would yell "I DID IT!!!" Well, one little girl, she got her turn, she turned of the light, so I yelled for her. She got mad, turned to me and said "NO! Me did it!"
My teachers just laughed and laughed.

Broken

So, my mommy says that I had better get going on this as I still have so much to talk about. I think she let almost the whole world know about my accident and my broken nose. I am much better now and am glad that it's not all crookiedy looking.
My big brother, Josh, was sad for me, but I think he wanted to test out how much it would hurt, and got one for himself.
Brother has decided that his new sport is boxing. We went all the way to St. George to see him fight at the fair. We got there too late to watch most of the fights, and while daddy was trying to find a way in, mommy and I went to see the animals (which were wonderful by the way! I got to see piggies and bunnies and... Oh sorry, this is about brother...). Anyway, so daddy is inside sneaking in to see the fights and he see's brothers Step-dad, Lynn, who gives daddy a "coach" stamp.
Mommy and me can't find daddy anywhere and the policemen's, who are supposed to be helpful, won't help us get into the place where brother is. Mommy, needless to say was not happy. Suddenly there was daddy and he told us how to sneak in through the back. I don't think my mommy would want me to do this when I get big, and I am sure I would get in touble if I told everyone that she did that, but she isn't here, so oh well!
We got in and there was brother, getting gloves on. I don't know why, cuz it wasn't cold in there! I was so excited to see him, and was sad when we had to go find a place to sit.
I won't tell all the details because I was watching everyone else there. They screamed and cheered most especially my dad. Brother won his fight and didn't really get hurt so everyone was happy for that. He even got a cool shiney thing that has a little man on it that looks like brother (mom says it is called a trophy) that was all his to take home. He said he had lots of fun.
The next week, mommy and I didn't go to the next fight. Mommy says it would be way past my bedtime for me to go, but daddy kept letting mommy know what was going on. But the next day when brother came over he told mommy that his nose hurt and that he got hit by the other boy in the nose. They said it was broken just like my nose was broken, and there wasn't anything to do but take medicine that tasted yucky and just to be careful.
Both brother and me are feeling much better. Mommy is going to make sure that our pictures of our noses are put together to remind to be careful. Brother won't be boxing for a while since football started, and no more climbing up things I shouldn't be. Sometimes I think mommy is too careful with me, but I don't mind, after a minute or two of screaming to climb back up the couch!

My New Page

Hello everyone! I am so happy that you came to visit my page. Since I am only 18 month old right now, my mommy might help me a little bit, here and there, but I wanted to make sure that everyone I love knows what I am up to. Make sure you look for all of the new pictures, since my mom is crazy with the camera. I just have to smile since she always has it!
I hope that I can keep up with everything that we are doing since we are always going somewhere. I just sit in the back seat and enjoy the ride, sippy cup in hand, a few treats close by and a favorite book or two to read as we go.
Keep checking back to see what new adventures mommy and daddy, brudder (Josh) and me go on.
